Yes Bank was founded in the year 2004. The founders of the bank were Rana Kapoor and Ashok Kapur. In the month of May 2005, the stocks of the company were listed on the exchanges of India. Its IPO was held in that year only. At that time, the per stock price was 45 INR. In 2017, A MoU was signed between the Government and Yes Bank to provide 1000 crore INR for financing various food projects. In 2018, Yes Bank teamed up with Assam Rifles to fund defense personals.
