    Tirupati Couriers was founded in the year 2003. The company started its operations with just one branch. In the year 2004, the company received contracts from public companies like LIC and Idea. In between years 2005 and 2008, the company received various contracts from companies such as Bank of Baroda, Dena Bank and even Airtel for transportation of materials. By the year 2010, the company grew more prominent in size with 550 self-branches and about 627 satellite branches. In the year 2012, the company introduced barcode and online courier tracking system. As of the year 2014, the company received the contract of the PAN Card division of Gujarat, i.e. UTI.
