By using the lean operating model, Uninor was able to experience tremendous growth through outsourcing most of its network infrastructure to various business partners. The use of the dynamic strategy was also handy in promoting the company. In this model, customers would be given discounts based on the network traffic at various times and in given locations. Progressively, Telenor concentrated on three core areas that allowed it to continue thriving. These areasarecost-effective operations, basic services,andmass-market distribution.
