Meru Cabs was founded in the year 2007. The founder of the company is Neeraj Gupta. The company has been active for more than ten years now. The company was started with a funding of $1.4 billion. In the year 2014, Meru announced a partnership with Google Maps to allow their users to book Meru Cabs via Google Maps directly. In the year 2016, Meru started their cab sharing services in the city of New Delhi. The cabs of Meru consists of sedans, SUVs and also hatchback cars as well.
