Now renamed as BSNL Mobile, was formerly known as Cell One. It is a subsidiary of the public sector enterprise, BSNL. The mobile phone and telecommunications service was headquartered in New Delhi - the capital state of India. Cell One was launched as a GSM and CDMA service to its customers, in the year 2002. It had offered both postpaid and prepaid services back in the day. After gaining much momentum, and gathering a vast subscriber base, it was renamed to BSNL Mobile in 2007.
