How to ​Talk to an ACT ​Customer ​Care ​Executive?

For new customers, please call 080 4284 0099 and for the existing customers just dial 0804284 0000. For these two contacts, charges apply but if you would like a toll-free number, you may use 18001022836 although you may be forced to wait on the queue. Nonetheless, express yourself as candidly as you can. Something to note is that the numbers are reachable from 7.30 am. to 11.30pm. Monday, through Friday.
  • Alternatively, you may forward your concerns to helpdesk.blr@actcorp.in. Make sure your email is descriptive enough to allow the customer care executives to understand your concerns well to respond accordingly. Also, you can only get a response between 7.30am. to 11.30pm. After that, you may have to wait for the next working day.

History

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) Limited was established in 2000 by Raju Sunder in Bengaluru. However, by 2008, India Value Fund Advisors (IVFA) acquired a larger share of the company’s equity. One year later ACT Fibernet acquired Beam Telecom Pvt Ltd. to offer broadband services under the Brand name Beam Fiber. By July 2014, ACT had 80% of the equity of Beam Fiber resulting in a joint venture that would be called ACT Fibernet. In 2015, following the merger, ACT Fibernet expressed the plan of delivering internet to homes upto a speed of 100mb/s. In 2017, ACT launched the 1GB/s wired broadband speed making it the first one of its kind in India.
