It is an online shopping website that deals with apparels only, bringing in all the new fashion trends both for men and women. This was Aditya Birla’s first foray into the world of e-commerce, with the help of in-house apparel brands. Abof was meant to be an online shopping portal, which would go up against the likes of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Jabong. The company has its headquarters situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Abof offered various types of products, including brands like Louis Philippe, Peter England, Allen Solly, People, etcetera. These above brands are all in-house made of the Aditya Birla Group. The online store also sold accessories and footwear as well. The main target age category was from 18 years to 35 years, both male and female.

All About Fashion or Abof was founded in the year 2015. The online shopping website was launched in the month of October of the year 2015. The online shopping website was targeted at niche customers from the beginning. But, due to increased competition from various other online retailers like Myntra or Jabong, Abof failed to convert new customers. The company faced significant losses, and therefore Aditya Birla Group decided to shut down the online shopping website. The news for shutting down merely came within almost two years of opening, in the month of September, of the year 2017. The project was scrapped due to the no profit being observed in the e-commerce sector by the Aditya Birla Group. By the end of 2017, all the operations of the Abof online website were stopped, and the website ceased to exist.
